Financial Planning Vancouver

The best version of your financial life is waiting for you. Make positive progress toward your life’s aims and aspirations.

Financial Planning Personalized to You

Combining all aspects of your financial life — your cash flow, debt, insurance, savings, investing and family circumstances — along with your aims and aspirations, we’ll help create a financial plan that fits your life and is designed to help you make progress.

• What To Expect •

Your financial plan helps you navigate your finances toward your vision of the future. While each financial plan is unique, we follow a simple 3-step process to get to know you, develop your plan and discuss the steps to help you make positive progress.

Step 1

Discover More About You

Personal finances are, well, personal. The first step of your financial plan is to discover more about you. You’ll share with us key details about yourself, your money, and what’s most important to you — things like your salary, what you own and who you owe money to, and when you’d like to stop working. Don’t worry, we’ve seen a lot of situations.

Your financial plan is personalized to you. No two plans are alike. We’ll start from where you’re at and build from there.

All aspects of your financial life are covered — cash flow, debt, insurance, saving, investing and risk — not just the insurance and investments you hold with us. Let’s start creating your future today.

Step 2

Develop Your Financial Plan

We’ll create your plan taking into account all aspects of your financial life, not just the investments or insurance held through The Lifestyle Protector. Your plan will identify strengths and opportunities as well as risks and gaps. You’ll be able to explore your options and adjust your plan, timeline, or objectives at any time.

If you’re on or off track, we let you know – and recommend ways to help you stay or get back on track and making progress.

Creating a financial plan is important. It allows you to make the most of your money and it gives you the confidence to weather the many bumps along the way to financial independence.

Step 3

Discuss Outcomes of Your Financial Plan

A financial plan includes many assumptions. For example, when do you plan to retire, how much money do you expect to spend in retirement, how long do you think you’ll live, how much money do you need for your kids’ education and many, many more.

When we present your financial plan, you have the opportunity to review the options and discuss the recommendations in the context of your life.

Benefits of Having a Financial Plan

One secret many people don’t know is that you’re more likely to save at double the rate when working with a financial advisor as compared to going it alone. You’ll also more readily take advantage of opportunities and close gaps. Now that’s what we call protecting your lifestyle for the rest of your life!

There is nobody as thorough as Lynn when it come to looking at your overall picture. I only wish I had met her in my 20’s to help create a plan and not be as crazy with my money.
